Prior to your appointment ...

Please be certain of the following:

 

The identification document you will be using to prove your identity is one the above and is not expired. The document must be an original and not a photocopy.

The document to be notarized is complete. If there are blanks in the document, please fill them in prior to your appointment. If you have questions about how to complete the document, contact the person who drafted or requested the document.

Signer must be able to communicate with the notary public.
