Fees

Fees: Only $10* per general notarized signature. (State of California standard for all notaries.) Travel charge for  most LA area is $25-50.  Discounts available for large numbers of signatures.

• E-mail Loan Documents (Includes Borrowers Copy) $25 
  
• Copies to Borrower (Overnighted Docs) $25 
  
• Pick-up and Drop-off of Loan Documents $20 
  
• Fee for No Show or Refusal to Sign Half  Fee for No show of Documents Half  Additional Travel Fee for over 25 Miles $25

• Fees are negotiable and are based on location of signing, number of loan packages and whether the docs are electronic or overnight.      

 

PAYMENTS:*Cash, Check and paypal gladly received as payment. (paypal payments are an additional  $1.00 to order) *All notarization fees are based on the California statutory code. Travel charges are additional and are calculated for each individual appointment as a separate fee from the notarization and  will differ depending on location. No two notarizations are exactly alike, some require hours of preparation while others may require only the completion of a simple form; our fees reflect this. To allow for expedient  notarization without incurring additional fees, please be certain all documents are appropriately completed.
